  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the returns form.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, including any associated taxes or import duties.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipment.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
  • If the item is in its original condition and qualifies for a return, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If the item does not meet our eligibility criteria, we will notify you, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges or fees.
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

International Orders - Tax & Duty Policy

For all international orders, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost, and we do not have control over them.
