To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with the returns form.

Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, including packaging, tags, and any accessories.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges or fees.
  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Refunds Processing

International Orders - Tax & Duty Policy

International Orders - Shipping

For all international orders, we offer free tracked shipping on orders over £175. Please note that international deliveries may take longer to arrive compared to UK orders due to customs processing and extended transit times.
